I had my own personal problem with my lifetime account being suspended after changing my address.

I received an email from them stating to resolve this issue, I was required to submit various documents, such as a copy of my driving licence (Front and Back), a utility bill (No more than 3 Months old), and feedback from another selling site like eBay. 

To provide the feedback, I had to enter a code into the eBay About page. Even after submitting all the requested documents, they still asked for further documentation, making the process lengthy and frustrating. 

In my case, it was impossible to get my lifetime account unsuspended because they kept asking for different documents until they finally requested one that I couldn't produce as I'm not the owner of my home.

This process is bordering on a scam, They take your money for a lifetime subscription, but then do this to their loyal customers. It was a disappointing experience overall and I would think twice about using them after all eBay even in 2024 has far more traffic by far, it's not even close. So is eBid worth it? 
I'm afraid not all the time they are playing games like this it's definitely not as you could build up a big store and lose it all just like that. I've never known another company to do this.
